If you are interested in sponsoring the team then we'd love to hear from you. Most of our equipment is borrowed from other professors at Brown. We are currently trying to build up our own lab by accepting donated equipment or buying new equipment. A thermal cycler has a wide range of uses, including extracting a DNA sequence from . This is much cheaper than gene synthesis. We've been using another lab's equipment, having a MJ Mini in the iGEM Lab would be incredibly useful for a wide range of projects. |
